Overview
This resource aims to make available structured datasets on the anatomical (chemical and electrical synapses, e.g., White et al. 1986, Cook et al. 2019), functional (e.g., Randi et al. 2023) and extrasynaptic (e.g., Ripoll-Sanchez et al. 2023) connectomes of C. elegans.
This is being developed as part of the OpenWorm project and is a Work in Progress! Please get in contact if you are interested in contributing to this resource!
